What we find is that holiday.joy can only be felt. During the sunrise in the morning. When you're sweating it our in our panoramic sauna. Or when marvelling at the absolutely unbeatable
sunset with your loved ones during a multi-course dinner.
All of this is a momentary sensation, a second.of happiness we would say.

Reservation. Payment. Insurance.

  • The booking is binding from acceptance of the offer or booking via our website.
  • In addition, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.
  • You can pay your hotel bill in advance by bank transfer or directly on site at the KRAFTalm. We prefer cash payments, but of course we also accept debit or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)
  • Something can always happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
  • Local tax: The statutory infrastructure tax of €2,-- per person / night (from 15 years) is not included in the price and will be charged on site.
  • Arrival: we can only be reached with the cable car in Itter during its operating hours. For this you need a valid cable car ticket for the Salvistabahn in Itter. This ticket is NOT included in the room price. An additional luggage fee per person will be charged for your luggage.
  • It is not possible to travel to the KRAFTalm in your own private car
  • Room categories: please note that we only ever reserve room categories for you and never specific room numbers. This way we can do justice to all our dear guests and find a place for everyone at our KRAFTalm.

Standard cancellation conditions

  • up to 1 months before departure no cancellation fee
  • 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of total amount
  • 90% of the total amount in the last week before the start of the trip
  • In case of early departure 100% will be charged
  • Something can always happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
